Location was convenient to the downtown area.
Leaking roof from upstairs bathroom.
It was not a bad place, other than the leak from the upstairs bathroom. The bed was nice and comfy, the pillows were flat, the desk and internet were quick and painless, and the only bad thing was the smell of the room.

Location.
Shabby and smelly.
The air in the room was polluted with carpet freshener. I had to open the windows and doors and leave for a couple of hours so I wouldn't choke.

Quick easy and cheap for a last minute hotel.
Just simple things needed to be fixed. Shower rod fell and the bathroom is sliding door that jams every now and then.

Perfect location and a nice park around the corner.
Smokers right outside our open window.
Loved the ice machine, put your card in and out came ice. Nice refreshing pool and friendly managers.

The entrance was locked from the inside and looked like someone tried to break in.
