The employees were wonderful and helpful.
The pool was dirty and need to be cleaned.

The hotel workers were great, but for the room they only gave us 2 towels we had to ask for more everyday. The breakfast was nothing to brag about and it was nasty everywhere the food was The pool was slummy and dirty.

The pillow top mattress was so comfortable and the bathroom was large.
Wish the indoor pool area would have had lights on during the day, it was a bit dark.

My fiancé and I stayed here just to get a nice break from everything. We were very satisfied with everything and would stay again. The hotel was very clean, had a comfy bed, big bathroom, friendly and prompt staff.

Management & staff were friendly, cooperative, and gave us a excellent service!
Assigned room with bugs. Later we were moved to a suite and there were no problems there.

Good facility, would recommend it for business & family travelers. Close to restaurants, shopping, and an easy access to Savannah. Management & staff were very accommodating, helpful, friendly & pleasant. Would stay there again.

Location and price were the two high points of this hotel.
We, unfortunately, saw two bugs in our room and it kind of ruined the pluses of the hotel.

The hotel was great. Clean for the most part. Spacious room and bathroom. We saw two bugs in our room and it bothered us.

Allowed pets, conveniently located.
Did not provide coffee for makers, replenish soap, no premium channels.

The hotel was ok, what we expected. Not many hotels allow small dogs. Location good, easy to get to downtown Savannah. Restaurants nearby a plus.
