They lied about promise of 1 time upgrade at check-in but charged three at check-out.
No Wi-Fi or Internet access. Do not keep words agreed to at check-in.

Lousy service for business traveler. No Wi-Fi, no internet. Asked for a one time upgrade of $20 at check-in but charged for full three days plus tax despite uncomfortable beds, no Wi-Fi, no Internet. Location was hard to find even with GPS. Had to get to Starbucks to get my email. End up costing more than if I had stayed at the Holiday Inn.

Better than expected. Cleaner than some 4 stars.
No balconies- no zoo entry & accommodation package.

Very Good breakfast included. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean pool area. Clean rooms.

We liked the room size , the breakfast , the lobby was nice.
We paid an extra 15$ for a room with seperate beds, which should be for free, because we have the right to choose.

It was good experience but not as good as we used to get from priceline.

Charges on credit card which, I didn't authorize and they would not accept cash.

Hotel is old, not updated, my room was near the freeway an loud noise throughout entire stay, I couldn't rest nor sleep.

Free continental breakfast is better than other hotels.
Small rooms and small pool.

Conveniently located close to Highway 40, close to malls and restaurants. Friendly staff and better continental breakfast menu.
