A fine hotel for the money but nothing special.

It's location.

The hotel was old, and there were holes in the walls of the bathroom. Also there were stains on the carpet of the floor. Service said they would bring up a cot then called and said that there were none available so had to pay an additional 30.00 for an extra bed.

Location.
Dirty, suppose to have a non-smoking room.

Gross. Dirty. Very tired.

The staff was friendly.
Room was small, beds were uncomfortable.

For the price, it was good. But I'm sure would have been unhappy if I had paid even 75% of full price. The spa was not clean, towels were rare in pool area. The beds were hard and the rooms were small. The room was clean and front desk service was good.

Location was ok.
Front desk staff and they should provide more cribs for infants.

I have stayed in travelogue few times and always had good experience except for the last visit which was bad because of one rude and unprofessional staff. When asked for a crib the girls answer was I should pay $30 for the crib which I refused because I had called in 3 days ago to let them know I needed a crib.

Nothing
It was dirty and it smelled bad.

I would not stay here again. The place smelled bad, there was stains everywhere, and even the pool was dirty. Really poorly maintained.

Nothing at all.
Comfort and Cleanliness.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and I was bitten by bed bugs. My whole body was red and itchy. I had to throw out my luggage and lots of my clothes in order to prevent spreading of the bugs into my own home.

The pool area was large and a nice whirlpool, there was a lot of parking available.

The one female staff was impolite and standoffish. We needed 2 beds and all she could offer was a king bed no exceptions. We had the Air conditioning going since 4 pm and at 7 pm it was still so warm in the room. So finally the maintenance man came found out the compressor wasn't working and offered us a room on 3rd floor however the same receptionist informed him that we were not getting another room and to fix the AC while we waited in our room he fixed! Took out the old AC then went to the basement to get another unit to put in, what style! Plus, we never ate corn an corn was coming up through the bathroom sink and the room smelled like septic. Thank God we weren't meeting friends here! read more
