Very friendly and helpful staff.
Not as close to venues as was expected.

Nice stay with a decent clean room. Considering prices of nearby comparable hotels it was worth the price. We enjoyed our stay but would have appreciated if it had been closer to things we wanted to do. It was believed it would be walking distance to almost anything but it wasn't. This certainly didn't spoil the trip but it would have made it nicer.

Convienent to downtown.
Room amenities need to be upgraded.

The hotel is centrally located which was very convenient since we were running the Baltimore Marathon. We were very close to the start/ finish line. The staff were very helpful. The hotel itself is an older building and thus all room rooms still need a little TLC ie old style plumbing ,loose faucets. Nothing that is unbearable but to co exists with more modern hotels it will need a makeover. The pool was closed for the season so we never saw it. Obviously the price we paid was fantastic and would happily stay there again if needed. read more

The room was bigger than expected.
Bedroom smelled of smoke, even thought is was a no smoking room.

Priceline exceeded my expectations. Room was not just a studio for 2 people, but a 1 bedroom. Plenty of room for a family of 4. And the kitchenette and dining area was a plus. Great location to the harbor.

The restaurant was quite good. I ate there several times.
Service the day I departed was deplorable.

I was overall very satisfied with this hotel stay until the date of departure. When it came time to check out I called down for a bell hop and was told one would be right up. Long story short it took 3 calls and 25 minutes to get someone to help me. It took 20 minutes to get a car for transportation to the airport and I nearly missed my flight (they could have called me a cab but instead was waiting for their pet driver. My advice call way ahead for assistance. The bed was very VERY comfortable. read more
