The rooms were beautiful and upscale for the pricing and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
The restaurant closed too early in my opinion.

The hotel's exterior is beautiful. The location is in close proximity to the beach. However, any points of enjoyment were negated by the bed bugs found in the hotel room. I had a bad allergic reaction. I didn't place a formal complaint with the hotel as I did not diagnose the influx of bug bites as bed bug bites until approx. 1 week after my trip. Would not recommend this hotel if you don't like itching bug bites. read more

Shower head too restrictive & ceiling leak over AC when it rained. Both reported.

This hotel provided the relaxation, good location, convenience, and overall ambiance for our beach hopping get-a-way!

Wonderful Stay. Great Dining Experience. Perfect for our quick getaway.

The hotel looked and felt like Italy and I have never been there. it was tucked back from the street with a great view and comfortable memory foam king size bed. We loved it and would stay there again.

Modern look and tempurpedic beds
Room not clean enough, no internet in rooms

Great location, close to everything. Modern look with great beds. Our room was not clean enough, dirt and grime in corners of bathroom and layed towel down on shower floor so we did not have to step on it. Overall a very nice place, and accommodated an early check in at no cost, just could have been cleaned up a little better.

Very warm and welcoming hotel experience. This will be a future stay for our family.
The patio area adjacent to the lounge was hot (even with ceiling fans) and water pooled from the rain under the extended outside canvas.

Clean...clean...clean. My hat is off to the house cleaning team. It was a pleasure to have crisp linens, towels...carpets clean and fresh smelling rooms. Also the management team was always asking in what ways they could help to make our stay a pleasant expierence. They are great!
