Very close to convention center, convenient.
No iron in the room. Desperately needed one.
Met my basic needs. Had a small fridge and microwave in the room. It was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

This property is not fit for animals.
This property should be condemned and torn down. It's horrible, filthy, and old. They should not have a franchise name and should stop operating a business that involves hospitality and lodging.

The price.
The room décor.
It was what you pay for and there room keys demagnetize pretty easy so you have to get a new one every few days.

Location was OK.
It was decrepit. Rooms were filthy, no upgrades to hotel in many years.
Room was dirty, linens didn't appear to be clean, plenty of cigarette holes in everything. Got bug bites and scabies from this place. Had to go to my doctor and cover my body in anti-parasitic cream after staying here (not joking). Cars had obviously been broken into in the parking lot very recently because of the piles of auto glass next to certain parking spaces. Very thin walls, could hear conversations on either side of me. The freeway noise was very loud, louder than the TV at times. I would really avoid this place, most Days Inn are franchise owned, but this one appears to be an all time low. read more

Convenient, quiet.
There were police/ambulance there for 2 out of the 3 days, sheets were not cleaned, no new towels.
The cleaning staff came at 9:30, took off our sheets (even though they weren't slept in, and never put new ones on, along with not giving new towels any of the three days we stayed there. The pool was a refreshing touch for the summer heat. The area was really convenient, and the front desk help was really helpful.

Convenient to areas I needed to go to.
"continental" breakfast was sub-par.
If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay without the amenities, then this is the place. "Continental" breakfast was making your own toast, cold cereal w/milk, coffee, orange or apple juice and fruit if you get there early.

Friendly enough service.
No cable TV, no broadband in rooms, a run-down dump in general.
Worst hotel I¿ve ever stayed in.

The staff was friendly and apologetic.
A dump in dire need of a total makeover. Worst hotel experience of my life.
Don't believe any ads, this place is trashed. The owner is a foreign scammer who purchases older hotels in the Tucson area, runs them into the ground by refusing to maintain them, and skips out on the mortgage when customers finally stop coming. He didn't even bother removing the channel listings from each room when he had the cable service cut.

Close to where I had to be.
Overused towels, bed linens, and pillows.
A step above motel 6.

Close to highway - for travel in and out.
It is a worn out hotel - lot of local kids staying for night of fun.
This hotel was a fine place to crash for one night, but after the second night I really felt as like I was staying in a hostel. The continental breakfast is bad coffee and generic cold cereal.
