Nothing - we didn't stay - it was disgusting.
Everything - bathroom - looked like a crack house.
Would not recommend to my enemy.

Absolutely NOTHING!!! I rather paid to stay at another hotel.
I made a complaint about this hotel as soon as I was checked in. I have used your services many times before and I had never experienced anything like this. Basically I threw away $90+ dollars because I was not willing to stay in such a trashy low class MOTEL! Unfortunately it only takes one bad experience to stop patronizing a business. Thanks for your previous nice experiences and I hope you take my comments seriously and be very selective when you choose which hotels to work with. read more

Close to the highway (convenient).
Close to the highway (noisy).
The hotel was ok, but I expected more. I have stayed in 1-3 star hotels, but this one was the worst one I have stayed in.

It was a cheap motel in Tucson, AZ , in January.
It was one of the worst nights I have had in a motel. At 11:30 the room above us began to have a party.
The rooms are not well insulated for sound. The room above us began to have a party around 11:30 pm. They dragged furniture, slammed doors, talked loudly, laughed louder, and generally made a lot of noise. At 1:30 am we call the front desk and were told they would call. By 2:30 am the noise had increased and the party had spread to other rooms. When we called the front desk, the second time, the operator was rude and blunt telling me that he had already called the first time. I proceed to tell him that it really didn't do any good. He must have called again, because the party then began to disperse. Then at 5:30 am, the dragging of furniture began all over again. I didn't get much sleep! read more

The breakfast was good and was convenient with having young children.
I lost my cell phone in the parking lot and one young man was very helpful and was concerned. He took my name and address and said he would send it back to me, if the person who found the phone and answered it would turn it in.
