Nothing.
Everything.
First of all I think you should include a choice for business travelers not just one. I asked for two beds, they said that would be an extra charge. The first night my co-worker and I had to sleep in a queen bed not to mention the next day I had to change rooms due to the fact there was a strange smell. The next day I go down to do some laundry and the dryer was broken so I had to drive around with my wet clothes. All and all, I would have to say this might be the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel! read more

Friendliness.
Bad plumbing, bathroom; heater didn't work; hard to get an operator.
Location is good, staff is friendly, but the room we had wasn't up to par.

It was poorly maintained.
Days Inn, as a national chain, has a reputation of good value. But good value does not mean dirty and run down. The first room we were shown was downright dirty - the floors and walls were stained. The second room - necessary because the bathroom doors did not accommodate my son's wheelchair - was better, but still poorly maintained. Examples: the toilet was not seated on the floor and rocked when used; the cleaning staff did not leave enough towels. Most insulting was the so-called breakfast. The coffee tasted like it was diluted or the grounds had been reused. The breakfast choices were cereal or balloon bread toast. read more
