Location.
When I asked when the coffee could be expected the manager said are you a guest? I
said with a smile I just walked off the street.

Always like the Kimpton touch.
Window shutters were off-track-a bit tacky.
Good location. Accomodating personnel. Room was clean and cute, but needed some attention to small details, like the window shutters.

Location & room were excellent.
Valet parking was overly expensive.
I like the hotel a lot. It was in an excellent location, very clean, and nicely furnished. Only thing I did not like was the extremely expensive valet parking.

Location, nice, clean, a bit upscale.
Traffic noise. Small rooms.
The rooms are on the busy street side of the hotel. Even though this hotel has been updated they failed to upgrade the sound insulation and the windows. These 1950's style windows allow all of the outside noise in. This includes traffic, garbage trucks, the valets hotel staff, and pedestrians. The rooms are very small also.

Restaurant was excellent.
Parking too expensive, staff was unfriendly and rude, rooms were small.
Staff was not helpful and rude when I decided to park somewhere cheaper. Parking way too expensive when you can park for half the price around the corner (less then half a block). Rooms were very small and noisy.
