Friendly, helpful staff, nice services.
Location was far to the south of the town, resulting in high taxi costs.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very impressive. It was good to have a resturaunt on site.
We were not told until checkout that only one breakfast came with the room and it added quite abit to our final bill.

We would probably use the hotel again because of its location to Heathrow Airport.
