The hotel room was identified as having an unexpected maintenance problem upon check in. The hotel staff had already made arrangements/booking for another hotel. The new hotel was higher class and included breakfast. The location of new hotel was also excellent. The staff arranged for and paid for our taxi to relocate to the new hotel. We were very satisfied with the treatment we got from the staff and the new arrangements. read more
