Best food outside of Paris!
Bathroom had a mildew odor.

I reserved an Executive Suite and was surprised at how small it was, but then I remembered this was Europe! After a day or so the size of the room didn't matter - I really just needed a place to rest my weary feet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, but it was the restaurant that was par excellence!

The location was excellent. Close to transportation, shopping, and restaurants.

The hotel is ideally situated near the Buchanan Bus Station with connections to Glasgow Airport. It is also close to excellent shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and courteous and I liked the ambiance of the lobby, bar and restaurant. The hotel's French-themed restaurant served excellent food and reasonable prices. I very much enjoyed the street life just outside the hotel; however, the rooms were quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. read more

The hotel is in an especially good location; near transportation and near all Glasgow city attractions.
The rooms are painfully small, with extremely limited closet and drawer space.

This hotel is in a great location, which is sometimes hard to find in a city center. It's close to transportation, restaurants and bars, and all the major city attractions. However, if you
stay into it, be prepared for extremely small rooms and hardly no storage space.

The restaurant was very good.
No complimentary breakfast like the one at the Holiday Inn Express.

We stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in Edinburgh and they had a complimentary breakfast. Why did the Holiday Inn in Glasgow which was a more upscale not offer the same service. Your only option was the high priced restaurant on site.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Glasgow with great shopping and dining experiences located within a few minutes walk of the hotel.
No parking directly at the hotel. Must use pay lots nearby.

Location and ambience.
Parking.

The hotel and restaurant were great. The room was a little small compared to US hotels, but it was in very good repair and in an excellent location.
