The staff, at the hotel, was friendly and it was in an excellent location to shopping and site seeing.
There was no hot water. When taking a shower the hottest that it got was luke warm and that was a bit annoying.

The hotel was in an excellent location. It seemed safe and was within one block of the shops, dining, and attractions. I felt like I overpaid for the hotel room.

Humid room, very hot and old fashioned.

Approximately 200m from tube station (circle line, zone 1) close to Hyde park, Harrods and Albert Hall. Terrible building and worn out rooms. English breakfast not excellent, but price worthy with discount coupon (10 GBP).

They gave us a handicapped room and we are not handicapped.

They gave us a handicapped room. It wasn't fancy but I'm sure it was efficient if you were in a wheelchair. For us it was perplexing and not very attractive. The bathroom shower flooded the bathroom floor, there were red siren lights everywhere and the door would only open and close on a timed button.

Does not have Wi-Fi available.

The room was quiet and clean with appropriate amenities such as small refrigerator, and enough room for a small table and chairs. With more people having i phones and the like, a hotel of this type should offer free Wi-Fi at lease in the lobby or bar. Having to use computers that are L1 per 10 minutes is just a way of nickel and dime for the guests.

Great location to the tube.
Out dated rooms. Bathroom had two spigots only cold and only hot.

This is a hotel that is safe and clean. It is in a really great location. Near some decent restaurants and 3 in walk from the High Street Kensington tube station. The only drawback is the outdated furnishings, but this is minor. I would recommend this hotel, especially for the price.
