Room was small, comfortable but not luxurious. Nice fitness facilities and great location that was convenient to underground, parks, shopping and visitor sites.

Water was
not hot enough in shower.

I would highly recommend this hotel, from the welcoming lobby, to the beautifully decorated and very efficient room, to the well equipped business center. Ideally located, and very accessible to points of interest and local restaurants, just a short walk away.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and available. Room was very clean and well appointed.

We would recommend this location in Mayfair, close to the underground, St James park and quaint Shepherd's market. Rooms were spacious and well appointed, staff was very helpful.

Very busy and somewhat cold feeling, not 5-star. Nothing special really to set it apart.
