Room was much larger and nicer then I was expecting for 1 person.
They did not have free wireless internet in the rooms or easily available.

The friendly and helpful staff were great. Little out of the way to go elsewhere for dining.
The menu especially the Sports bar was expensive for basic fare. Cheese pizza for example is $24. Expensive for feeding children.

Very nice helpful staff, lovely golf course, went golfing but felt stranded at the hotel for dining.

Comfortable
Not close to the airport as stated. Had to get a taxi that was expensive in order to meet flight

Great if you are looking for a leisure destination in a very rural setting. Not great if you are just trying to find a place to stay close to the airport.

We were only here for one very short night before we flew home from England. We arrived late when it was dark and left very early the next morning so we didn't really see the grounds at all. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and nice and our room was great. Huge bathroom and nice big room. It was a good place to catch 5 hours of sleep before flying out the next morning. It is a 15 minute shuttle to the airport which was not bad especially because it is in a quiet location. read more

Very attractive property, bed was comfortable.
Not enough light in the bathroom.

It is a pretty place and close to Gatwick. The building was old, but bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and nice except for the lighting. We had several requests which were responded to promptly each time we called. Bed linens were quite nice and mattress was very good. Pub food was good, but expensive.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful and the overall experience was very enjoyable.
Our dinner reservations were for 6:30 p.m. and they were late opening the restaurant by 25 minutes.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The overall quality and atmosphere were exceptional. The rooms were generous size and well maintained.

Very good restaurant.
They put us in two twin beds. Not the best for husbands and wifes who rarely get alone time.

It was a nice place and about 20 minutes commute to the airport. It was clean but a little out dated in the decor. No breakfast included and there was a charge for the shuttle to the airport. They I may or may not use this hotel and will look at other options next time.
