Comfort and design of room was very appealing and relaxing.
They cancelled airport bus trips without telling guests. Had a 50 min wait on curb.

I found this hotel quite comfortable. The lobby, rooms and restaurant design was quite appealing and I had a great night's sleep. Great place to stay if you want somewhere near Gatwick.
