Friendly staff and great location.
We were just a couple of days before the pool opening but that was unavoidable.

This is a great hotel for business traveler's or for people like me who are visiting people in the area. The staff is friendly, accommodations are clean and more than adequate. They do not have a restaurant but they do have a lovely continental breakfast that is really nice. I would stay there again.

Microtel in Albertville was an excellent place to stay. I enjoyed the wifi internet connection, the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel, and the great staff. The room was small, there was no refridgerator, and the shower had a standard shower head.
