It was in a great location!
The beds were rock-hard!
The hotel, while in a great location, is not a great place to get sleep. The beds were horrible. I asked if we could possibly change rooms to see if it was just our room, and they said that we could not change rooms. Also I asked for a queen, no smoking room, and got a king smoking room.

Friendly staff and good hot water.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the air conditioning needed work, it was either real cold or pretty warm.

Close to the interstate.
Were not clean dirty towels on floor in bath room?
This was the worst hotel I every stayed in my life. The owner can't know that it's this bad .the staff make you wait while their on the phone.

It was in close proximity to good choice in restaurants and not far from the galleria mall.
It was very dirty, needs remodeling, floors squeaked, bed was hard, walls were too thin.
Would not recommend this hotel because of the general condition of the facilities, building and room. Location was only thing going for it. Also your price was way too high for the discomfort and dissatisfaction I endured. Room should have cost 35 dollars a night not 55 dollars I feel you guys ripped me off by not accurately disclosing the real Nature of the hotel.
