People exuded hospitality and friendliness.
No lobby shop that I could locate to buy postcards.

Public transport was available on weekdays, taxis on the weekends. People were very hospitable and the airport shuttle was appreciated.

I love the Doubletree welcome cookies. The beds in the room are the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel.
For the location in the city, I think it should have had an indoor pool instead of an outdoor one.

The service was great. The room was completely satisfying. This is my second stay at the hotel and it will not be the last.

Conveniently located to hospital and restaurant area.
Very small bathroom.

Room was nicely appointed. Bathroom was very small. Everything was very clean. Parking was 5 dollars a day and I was told it was free.

Paying for internet is like paying for tap water. The lobby is really missing something, maybe large plants or more flowers. Furniture is mismatched. The two times I've been there, housekeepers enter the room without knocking and can be heard arguing in the hallways, very loud and rude.
