2 ladies arguing in the hall but was handled quickly and quietly.

I recommended this hotel to friends and co-workers because of the location, cleanliness, and the helpful employees.

The neighborhood was extremely safe with lots of dining & shopping. The room was nice & the hotel staff brought us a mini-fridge due to my son's insulin.

Air conditioner didn't work but we were told it was working.

I could tell that the air conditioner did not work for the entire floor, but at first my room was pretty cool and I thought it would be OK. After I picked my wife and toddler up from the airport late at night, the room was borderline hot. I was told by the hotel employee that it was working and that it cooled one side of the hotel and then the other or something bizarre like that. I finally convinced them to give me a different room on another floor and eventually it was cooler, but still not great. Staff was not rude about it, but certainly not remorseful or helpful, especially considering we had to move all our stuff in the middle of the night. read more

Nice enough hotel. Apparently been around for a while since it does not have wireless Internet, but the maintenance is pretty good. Clean.

Clean and great location. Lots of restaurants in area.

Overall very good. Clean rooms and friendly staff. My only complaint is that I never got my wake up call at 4:30 am on Friday, fortunately I woke up to my alarm and made it to the airport.
