Rude lady operating breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Birmingham. Overall, it was a good experience. However, one morning I went to get breakfast at the complimentary breakfast buffet. The worker in charge of it shut it down 30 minutes earlier than advertised and told to me at check-in the evening prior. When I confronted the worker about this, she was rude and stated that I was wrong.

The cleanliness and the comfort of the bed.

My husband and I were very impressed. This was our first stay at a Holiday Inn Express but not our last. We also chose a Holiday Inn Express while traveling in Texas due to the cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of the staff.
