Surprisingly nice for a Holiday Inn.
2 of the 3 staff I dealt with were rude.

This is one of the nicer Holiday Inns I have ever stayed in. The room felt new, fresh, comfortable and was well decorated. All in very good taste. Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 desk clerks I had to interact with were rude and seemed bothered when I needed some assistance and at checkout. One of them appeared to be too busy playing Solitaire on the computer. For that reason alone, I would not choose to go back to this hotel. read more

Very large room for relaxing, working, or watching TV which was separate from the bedroom. Very nice bathroom.
Sofa and chair in sitting area were not comfortable.

A comfortable, affordable hotel located minutes from downtown Birmingham, but away from the city traffic and noise.

The bed was incredibly comfortable!
Can't think of one thing I didn't like.

I loved this hotel! The entire staff was amazing. The bed was, OMG! We also dined in the on-site restaurant Kem's. The food was wonderful. Can't think of one thing I didn't enjoy.
