Econo Lodge Jackson

This hotel had all the basic needs for my family. There was plenty of room, good A/C, and it was clean.

This hotel is more like a motel and should charge motel prices.

Toilet & AC hardly worked, asked for more towels but did not get, there were only two towels/washcloths in room but we had four people staying in the room. Hotel was overbooked even with reservation confirmation #'s friends had to go elsewhere to another hotel. I had called 4 days before check-in and the hotel knew they were overbooked due to Internet bookings and obviously did nothing about it. One bed was about to fall apart. read more

Location of hotel was good. The hotel front desk person was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was slow and did not perform to basic standards like bringing more towels after the said they would. We had to use the floor towels. For $70.00 I would expect a lot more. There was no coffee pot or hair dryer as stated on the web and the laundry room was out of service and this was much needed since we were there playing in a baseball tournament. The hotel down the street was much nicer for $70.00 that my friend stayed at "Downtown Inn". read more
