The remote did not work. I sent for a new one. Never got it. Only one frying pan there, no other pans or pots.

This stay was a horrible experience, and I was disappointed that I'd booked it for my return trip as well. The bed was rock hard, the kitchenette was filthy and had bugs, the bathroom was dirty, and there was trash everywhere. Drunk youngsters were hanging around the halls. I will never stay there again after this trip.

When I first checked in, they put me in a room that had just been sprayed for insects... Right when I was comfortable and in bed maintenance barged through the door without knocking and started swearing.... they slammed the door shut and started knocking and told me what was wrong. They TOLD me to go down to the first floor and get a new room key, I had been up for 30 hours straight traveling for work, and practically had to beg for the front desk to reassign me to a new room without me having carry all my belongings down stairs. I have stayed at other extended stay Americas. This particular one lacked on cleanliness. The bathroom door was covered in a greasy substance and the room itself smelled. The AC unit rattled like an unbalanced washing machine the entire night. In addition, the TV remote was broken. I would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone.

At one time, I and other friends were booking this motel due to cheaper costs to us as workers in Montgomery. This room was extremely expensive and unclean for the price I paid for my stay.

This place was low income housing. Homeless people all in stairwells. We did not stay and they said it would be refunded but it has not been. It was horrible.
