Breakfast was available early
Ambiance was just OK, not like an upscale or highly rated hotel
The room was small, but very clean. The cable chanels were limited. The overall impression was that of an updated "truck stop" rather than a 4 or 5 star hotel. Whenever I return, I'll probably stay at the new Marriot located a few miles away.

Staff made no effort to move to non-smoking room even though I am allergic to smoke.

The bed was comfortable.
It was old.
The hotel was average. It served the purpose of staying for one night.

The location was great. Several restaurants, stores, and Troy University within 10 minutes or less.
Pool area is too close to highway. Pool area could be cleaner.
The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed; refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pool could use a privacy wall separating it from highway traffic. I did not use it even though I had the time and had planned to, because I felt uncomfortable being in plain view of highway traffic.

Price.
Did not seem clean.
I was disappointed in this comfort inn. We have been staying in comfort inns for the last three weeks and this was the worst one. The highway noise was bad, the rooms just seem old a not clean.

Convenience to destination, shopping, and eateries.
More of a motel type of building.
It was fine for my purpose this time. I would have liked it if the pool were more away from traffic-hard to relax with cars going all the time. Staff was friendly and informative except for one.

The breakfast was super not just a doughnut and coffee.
Pool was cold.
