The only thing good to say is the location is great but the rest stunk.
Everything was awful.
I thought that this hotel was a one star hotel it smelled like a party hotel gross.

Room had a nice view.
Shuttle never showed up.
Service was minimal at best (no one at the counter the three times I went to the desk).

The hotel was older and needed updating.
We had not stayed at this hotel before and were disappointed with the 3 star rating as this should have been a 2 star hotel. The hotel needed updating and walls of the rooms were very thin. We could hear all the noise in the hallways. There was no air moving in the room and we tried to get the air conditioner to work without the heater kicking in. I was surprised at the bare minimums that this hotel offered. When we were checking out, the front desk person did not even ask how our stay was as if she knew the answer right away. read more

Nothing.
The staff, the dirty sheets, the dirty room, the room not being ready till 10pm at night, the rude front desk lady, and the horrible stuffy elevator.

Convenient location. Pleasant lobby. Food was good. Large room.
Needs complimentary breakfast. Needs updating to be a 3 star and cleanliness.
It was okay. In the past we used the shuttle and it was great. At that same time we could leave our car parked there for some time while on a trip and it was great. This was our first time in the restaurant, and the lady may have been stressed, because she ignored us to wait on others who came after we did. Food was fine though.

Dirty bathroom, broken tv, broken remote, no pool.
The bathroom was disgusting. There was mold and mildew growing on the caulking of the tub. And there was nasty black gritties in the tub! I had to clean it myself before I could even use it!
The remote control to the TV was broken, and we had to manually switch the channels, which wouldn't have been such a big deal if one of my companions wasn't 5 months pregnant. And the fact the tv flashed to a blank green screen every 3-5 minutes for a good 5-10 seconds each time! It was unbearable!
I complained the first night and nothing was done. They just said "We'll look into it." So we spent two nights in that terrible room and I asked to be switched and they finally did.
There was no pool, even though it said there was and when I asked the desk clerk about it, he was really snappy. Didn't apologize, just said "Well, they got their info wrong."
I plan on writing a complaint letter and asking for a refund or credit. It was completely unacceptable. read more

The price.
Mold in the bathroom. Wet spot near bathroom.
I've stayed here before and have not had such a poor quality room. This was over the top and I would not stay here again. We had to sleep with the windows open to cope with the odor. In addition to the mold and wet spot on the carpet, the air conditioner / thermostat did not work.

Desk manager was extremely polite and friendly.
The room was not clean and the shower tub area was bad.
Located close to Downtown restaurants and shopping.
