Great view, great personal service.
Bedding needs improvement.

The staff was wonderful. I wish I had known to call their shuttle service from the airport. I waited a half hour in freezing rain. The rooms are outdated and should be updated. The restaurant served an excellent dinner, one of the best I had in Alaska. Art in the lobby is wonderful.
