Everything I expected and more. Matches Seward very much. Room was very large.
I didn't like the pillows.

I liked this hotel and would stay here again. The continental breakfast was excellent with a big variety.

The location is nice.
The hotel pool was not maintained and a staff member let themselves into our room.

If you are looking for a hotel with horrible customer service this is for you. Staff is unprofessional, and we had a staff member walk into our room and announce that they didn't realize the room had been rented! No knocking or anything. The pool was closed and the chemicals were all out of wack. The staff looked like they came out of prison.
