The handicap bathroom. It was a
real one! Kudos to them.
Pool not open till long enough.

It was a nice place. Kind of out of the way from everything but it was good of us close to families house.

Comfortable large King Size Bed

It is located in a suburban area with somewhat of a distance from the freeways. If this is your destination resort, not bad location as it is quiet and safe. But if you are staying there to be at a meeting in the Phoenix area, the location is not too convenient.

Staff was very courteous.
The handicapped bathroom did not have the right type of shower, my Mom couldn't use a tub. Need to change the shower so that it's flat with a drain.

The acoustics in the bar are very bad so if anybody speaking at a higher volume their voices carry to the rest of the restaurant and disturb those dining.
