Spotlessly clean and neat. Friendly and helpful staff.
Light sleepers could be bothered by train noise.

When I booked this place on Priceline, I didn't have high expectations because the price was so cheap. But this was a WONDERFUL place to stay for a night on the way to the Grand Canyon. Staff was friendly and helpful, and happy to share their knowledge of the area. Room was modern, neat, and spotlessly clean. Self-serve breakfast in the dining room had more variety than we expected: Waffles, Biscuits and Gravy, Cereal, Muffins, Pastries, and Boiled eggs. Another couple staying the same night as us said they were bothered by train noise all night. For me, my husband, and my parents, it wasn't an issue at all. If you're a light sleeper, you'll probably need to bring your ear-plugs. read more

Very friendly staff.
Nothing.

I was very pleased with the hotel. The staff was very efficient. My room was very comfortable and clean. I did find a juice can under one of the beds, but that was the only issue.

Although trains ran nearby, their sounds did not bother us one bit.
The gravy at breakfast could have been warmer.

The continental breakfast offered a nice variety of foods and was attractively arranged.

Quiet hallways.
Too close to the train tracks, free breakfast not set up convenient for more than 2 people at a time.

The hotel is close to train tracks, even with the window shut it's really loud!

Besides the convenient location, I really liked the mini-room that I had. It was nicely furnished, quiet, and comfortable.
Like many places in Flagstaff, the train tracks are nearby, but my room was the farthest away from them, so quieter.

I was skeptical about the mini room with one queen that my husband had reserved for me. However, it proved to be very comfortable and well appointed. There was a lot more room than I expected and I had a very restful evening. The complimentary breakfast was very good with many choices and a pleasant separate building to eat in.

way over priced

poor, I rate this hotel at the botton of any hotel I have ever stay at. The beds were very hard and I got bitten while lying in bed.
