Good location and friendly staff.
No sound proof, I got disturb by neighbored room at mid night, as somebody come at 3 at night and their conversation easily entered in our room.

The hotel staff was so friendly, nice to be awknowledged.
The swimming and jacuzzi had too much chlorine in it.

For the price we payed we ended up getting a suite, not quite sure how that worked out. We were very happy with our stay there and we would come back again with any future travels up into Flagstaff.

Front area was nicely remodeled.
Stained sheets, very cheap bed, loud train and hotel noises, 10+ burn holes in cover and spread.

Front Desk staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The water in the pool was too cold and needed to be heated a little.

We were extremely satisfied with our visit and will no doubt use the hotel again.

They put us in smoking rooms. When we said no way, they were going to charge us another $20 per room.

We did not stay at this horrible Motel.

Food at cafateria was the worst I've had and over priced!

It does not have a view. Like a motel 6 in decor. TV gets about 10 channels. Food was bad.
