New beds.
Mini beagles were a little hard to get out of the toaster.

New beds were very comfortable. Waffle maker a plus in lobby with morning coffee.

Clean and roomy.
Room should have another chair; breakfast closed too early on weekends.

Very good value for the Flagstaff area. Clean rooms, firm bed, reasonable AC. Breakfast is a big limited: hi-carb, but includes standard waffle-maker. (No bacon, etc.) Staff was courteous and generally competent. My wife and I have stayed in several hotels/motels in Flagstaff: This has been the best value and the one we are likely to use again. Note: it is a couple of blocks from the exit (along the frontage road), but access is very easy. read more

We were able to check in early even though they had been full the night before. We were able to check in early.
A convenience store is not handy.

We were pleased with the service. Especially when we were able to get into the room when we arrived. My husband wasn't feeling well but management didn't know that. The room was clean and the mattresses were wonderful. The trains run so ear plugs help. The continental breakfast was ample and the attendant was available.

Free breakfast.
Everything else was awful, didn't sleep at all.

Terrible location, paper thin walls, very noisy a/c unit and the ongoing train traffic with their horns kept us up every 20-40 minutes all night long... no sleep at all.

Couldn't get a receipt when checking out.

Nice place to rest at which is what we used it for. Traveling from Ga. to Utah and needed a stopping point before heading up 89 to see the Grand Canyon.

Large, clean rooms quiet even though near the freeway.

I will choose this hotel anytime we have to pass through Flagstaff. Beds were a bit too soft.

This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! I also liked having free access to internet.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The beds were so comfortable. And it provided more amenities than many 4-star hotels we stayed at.

Cleanliness, breakfast, easy access to town & freeway.
Check in clerk seemed distracted.

Would recommend it to friends.
