The desk and restaurant staff were wonderful.
The pool area and pool needed to be cleaned and the cleaning staff did not speak English.

The hotel staff were wonderful, particularly the desk and restaurant staff. The room was acceptable for business stay, not particularly anything special. The T.V. is on a dresser, too low for peripheral viewing by all in the room. Bathroom was very clean and well stocked with goodies to make your stay more inviting. The cleaning girl on our floor did not speak English and I I was unable to tell her she was welcome to the unopened/unused cereal, snacks, crackers, yo plait, paper plates, jam, cheese, and other foods my baseball player son left when he checked out. The restaurant breakfast was convenient but definitely cannot compare to Mimi's cafe which is located 20 steps away, in quality or price! read more

Good sized oval bathtub, good hot water and pressure, good flush on toilet, tub grab bar, high count sheets and lots of pillows.

Easy to find, clean, great restaurant beside it.
Small amount of Hwy noise, but not detrimental.

For someone out of country this hotel was easy to find and to get to. Well marked signage. Very clean and helpful. Great access to other parts of the city, but is a ways out from the main part of Phoenix. Yhis suited us just fine though.

Was concerned with 2.5 star rating, pleasantly surprised to find the accomodations, clean, comfortable and conveniently located to family fun, shopping and dining. Many amenities.

The beds were large and of excellent comfort.
No included breakfast.

This hotel was clean, very comfortable and quite. The bathroom was also excellent and clean.

The food in the restaurant was awful.

This hotel sits right on I-10. So if you have a room facing the highway like I did, do not expect to go back to sleep if you wake during the night. It was non-stop stuck traffic. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable with upgraded bedding and lovely thick towels. There was quite a nice exercise room in the lobby. There is a bar in the lobby.
