The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kingman is located off I-40 (exit 53) on Historic Route 66. The lovely Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Kingman, Arizona is a non-smoking hotel and pets are not permitted. We are within driving distance of the "skywalk" at Grand Canyon West Rim, casinos in Las Vegas, Laughlin & Indian gaming, the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Colorado River and Oatman Ghost Town. Travelers can visit the London Bridge and Historic Route 66 Museum, enjoy boating and fishing in Lake Havasu or Lake Mead and go hiking in the Hualapais. We feature 75 spacious, tastefully decorated rooms with either a king or two queen sized beds. Our 28 elegant suites include a sofa bed and wet bar. We provide a work desk along with in-room data ports for free high-speed Internet access, wireless Internet access, and free local calls. The complimentary deluxe Continental breakfast is served in the great room from 6:30-9:30 AM. Our facility has an indoor heated swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and coin laundry. Guests can use the business center with free Internet access, fax and copies. The three floor facility with interior corridors is serviced with an elevator. Housekeeping service was good.
Front desk people inexperienced.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. The first morning the coffee maker in my room had no top on the pot so hot water would not drip unless I took a stir stick and poke the drip mechanism (I burnt the palm of my hand). I told the front desk - they put a top on the pot. The next morning I tried to make coffee and the water stayed in the compartment where the coffee grounds were and did not work. I informed the front desk. The third and final morning I woke at 6am very cold so I turned on the heat - the smoke alarm went off and would not stop. I called the front desk and told them they needed to get someone up in my room ASAP. Thirty minutes later the alarm had stopped, no staff showed up and my 98 year old grandmother was very cold. I called the front desk again and said "we are very cold and the coffee maker does not work for the third night in a row! send up the supervisor (which I found out later does not work weekends). Twenty minutes later a Non-English speaking women showed up with a new coffee machine. We got dressed and left this horrible place. read more

Excellent indoor pool with outstanding ventilation.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was okay, better than most continental included breakfasts. The pool was excellent and I highly recommend the hotel for those visiting Kingman with children in tow.

My travel receipt did not have a phone number for the hotel.

The hotel was excellent, while I had a party of two, the room was very spacious and quiet. The free breakfast buffet had a wide variety items of foods that was freshly cooked.

All of us loved the continental breakfast and the boys loved the pool.
The view out of our window was a cement wall.

My family rated this as the best hotel of the entire trip and we stayed in five. the breakfast was incredible. my boys loved the pool and the staff at the desk was extremely helpful and even sold me a stamp and broke a one hundred dollar bill for us!

Great decor and good breakfast.
The hot water was not adequate in shower. There needs to be adjustments made to faucet in each room! I am a plumber!

Nice and clean; good decor. Bed was not as comfortable as other Holiday Inn Expresses we were in on our trip.
