When we go to Phoenix for concerts it's easy to find and get to.
Pool closes too early.

I thought the staff was very accommodating, very friendly and ready to please. Thank you.
I was in a group of 15 there were not enough seating in the breakfast area.
I have no complaints, the food was wonderful, so was the service and the atmosphere.

The manager is very professional and warm to his clients, very helpful and gives an extra effort to make his guests feel they are important.
The room we had (downstairs) is not totally protected from the noise of the freeway.
Good location - right off the freeway and nearby convenient stores and great restaurants, excellent service and staff, very clean and fresh smelling room and amenities, nice cozy breakfast lobby, available computer in lobby for guests who need it, decent bathroom and pool, a totally good for your money compared to all that you're getting for it. We were more than satisfied - we were so happy to have chosen this hotel considering that this was our first time to stay in Phoenix and we did not know what to expect. read more

Location was close to where we were visiting.
Many items needed repair.
We've stayed here several times thru the years and they seem to be fixing up the place slowly after it changed hands. Free breakfast was good but seating was a problem during the busy hours. Go early. Go early.

It was quitter than I had expected due to its location.
There were crickets in the room, on the carpet.
Overall stay was pleasant. It was quiet considering it's location near the I-17 freeways. Handicap access is outstanding with the exception of the tub/shower. I really think that people in wheel chairs need barrier free showers with fold down seats and grab bars. If a customer in a wheelchair needs to take a shower, they risk falling and further injuring themselves transferring from their chair into the tub, or to a shower chair provided by the hotel. Less risk when you are slippery wet! The size of the room was more than adequate, cleans with the exception of the crickets, and provided everything I needed for my stay. Parking was excellent. Ramps and access were excellent. Desk staff was very polite. Lobby was immaculate. We did not stay for breakfast. read more
