The customer service was fantastic.
Pretty happy.

I was very impressed, they did not have a room next to my brother who did not priceline and they upgraded both of our rooms so that we could be by each other. Also I forgot my razor so they sent one up to me complimentary. Great stay, the curtains were so good I didn't even notice that it was late in the morning when I woke up I thought that it was still night time.

Nickel and dimed. Expected a 3-star to offer a continental breakfast or even coffee.

Generally it was fine, nothing significant. Charged $11 for breakfast (not including coffee- so that you had to pay for it at the Starbucks counter. In lesser hotels you get the continental breakfast for free.

We loved being right next to the pool w/a private patio. The beds were wonderful, too.

We love, love the beds, the pools, the staff, and the facilities. This is our second time to stay here and we'd stay again. It is in a great location, too, right off the freeway. The only thing that could improve our stay is if there were a continental breakfast provided.

We really enjoyed the indoor pool.
Our first night we had to call the front desk at 2:30 am because of a party at the pool which was right outside our window.

It had a lot to offer but we were not there that often. We came to swim in the evening and then slept. It was great for that. I cannot really say beyond that.

The room and the front desk people were nice.
The maids were lazy: 2 residential phone books and no commercial one, and did not watch whether they had unplugged something.

It lacks in security. I saw a guy trying all entrances and trying to look through all the first floor windows and then vanished to the convention area.
