Room housekeeping only once a week. They were going to charge me for an extra day checking out 30 minutes late.

Located in a safe neighborhood in Phoenix. Rooms are nice, but had to ask for shampoo. If you plan to stay for longer than 1 night, you should know in advance that housekeeping comes only once a week. Outdated shower curtains that hug you. 2/3 washing machines out of order. Laundromat accepts money when no detergent available & front desk can't take responsibility for that problem. Front desk staff rude at checkout time. read more

They gave me privacy unless I needed my room cleaned.
There were some hairs left in bathroom.

I realized that I had forgotten some personal items in a drawer when I was 6 hours away. They retrieved the items and mailed them to me. Thank goodness they found them.

Nothing, it was one of the top three places I've stay at, THANKS!

Extended stay deluxe - Baltimore was a very nice place, very comfortable, and safe. It was a home away from home with their very friendly staff, always willing to help out.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was fully prepared for us with the necessary paperwork .She was very hospitable.
My non smoking room smelled like smoke, and the bathtub didn't drain.

I would not stay at this hotel again as the clientele was rude. I realize that the hotel staff cannot control the behavior of guests, but I don't need to stay somewhere I do not feel comfortable. Doors were opening and closing rather noisily throughout the night. I had a do not disturb on my door and someone tried to open the door. Also, upon exiting the building another guest solicited me for a cigarette. read more

Location OK. Restaurants and Boutiques at walking range.
A german shepherd barked at me, but he was on leash.

Room OK. Bathroom could have a redo. Overall, a safe place. If you like eating breakfast, the continental breakfast might keep you starving. It ain't a restaurant.

It was quiet yet close to stores and a beautiful park directly next to it the pool area is safe and clean just outside off it is a BBQ for everyone.
There are strange people hanging in the parking lot all night.
