The staff tried hard to make up for the limits of the hotel.
We can no longer stay at Extended Stay hotels. They have degenerated a lot in the last 4 years.
In addition to the above comments, these Extended Stay hotels need complete rehabs: new furnishings, carpets, baths, kitchens, paint, etc. And they then need to hire a cleaning crew that can keep the new hotel in top notch shape.

Very nice, big rooms with kitchenette makes it very comfortable.
The bathroom smelled like strong cigarette smoke though, that was annoying.
Not a bad place for the money, nice big rooms, staff was friendly and they accept pets. I would stay there again.

Staff helped well with directions and locations of area attractions.
Room was not clean very dull needs updating.
I would say you get what you pay for here. Only get room services every three days if u want clean linen daily u pay extra. Need any coffee refills or such u must get them from front desk your self.

I requested a wake-up call but I did not get it. I also did not bring shampoo thinking the room would have it, but there was no shampoo.

The free internet had a $5 sign on fee.
For midtown Phoenix, I find this hotel to be as good as one can get.

Location.
Bed was hard, TV set was old, breakfast too sparse.
In addition to coffee, the only food offered at the continental breakfast was a bagel. Breakfast entrées at Fairfield Inn and Residence Inn are much better and there are more choices.
