I liked everything!
Bar/restaurant was under construction and wasn't open.
This hotel was recently renovated and is a very nice hotel. The finishes were well done down to the tile work and even the plumbing fixtures. The staff was very friendly and
I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Room was spacious and beds were extremely comfortable.
Easily accessible, shuttle available from airport, comfortable rooms and staff was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone and would stay at hotel again.

It met my basic needs.
Breakfast on the weekends was boiled eggs instead of the usual sausage and eggs.
It was just right. Not too spectacular and it showed some wear, but everyone was courteous and helpful. The free breakfast was great and I had everything I needed. Free internet, a workspace and cable TV. The bed was comfortable.

Very spacious room.
Needs updating and it is in the works!
Staff was really friendly and gave us a $20 off coupon for a great dinner. When we checked in they gave us a bottle of much needed water and fresh baked cookies. Nice touch. It will be beautiful once it is updated/renovated. Great breakfast with a waffle maker!

Friendly staff accentuated several nice amenities - cookies, coffee, computer, and newspaper in lobby + free breakfast.
Bed comfort was fair and slow elevator (only 4 floors though).
The hotel has been updated and tries very hard to make your stay special (amenities, staff). The microwave oven, refrigerator, and lobby computer were definitely a plus for me. Location is within walking distance of Biltmore Fashion Plaza.

The room was great. Seperate sitting area and kitchenette.
The sign was hard to see.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was great with a seperate sitting area, couch, microwave and fridge. They are just about to do some remodelling, and the plans for the common areas look quite nice. I would like to see the place again when they are done.

I like the divison of the rooms.
I did not like the living area was so small and rather tiny couch.
Clean loved the breakfast. Be careful if you turn on the heat.

Located in a great part of town, but secluded.
A friend that came to visit me was frisked by security, found that odd.
When I arrived on Friday afternoon the staff was very friendly and eager to help me start my stay. The room was clean and a lot bigger than I expected, the bed was huge, that's always a big bonus. The hotel was quiet and I was not bothered at all, we came and went as we pleased, would definitely recommend to someone looking for a room in Phoenix.

The location, free breakfast and
cleanliness.
The bed wasn't very comfortable, it was kind of hard.
The hotel is old but clean. The room was spacious and clean and included a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It also included a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The location was perfect for my business there and I noticed they have free shuttle service to the airport.
