Struggled with the hot water first two days.

The hotel was just as it was pictured in the website. The actual location and the quality of service provided by the staff exceeded my expectations.

I loved the room, it was prefect, roomy, and very clear. Very comfortable.
I seemed to have gotten the one room whose key did not work (#303). Had to wait in hall for a long time.

From the moment I entered to the moment I left, I felt comfortable and at home. All staff members were helpful and very friendly. Everything about the hotel was pleasant and clean.

Could not find any faults.

This is a very nice hotel, this was my second trip to Phoenix and I stayed at this hotel during both trips. The rooms were nicely furnished and the staff was super great and friendly. I will stay at this hotel the next time I am in town.
