The hotel was clean people were very nice I felt safe walking my dog at night by myself.

This hotel was great I'd recommend it to friends and family. It was nice and quiet at night rooms extremely clean. I have no complaints.

Well located to sights we wanted to see. Staff very helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean.
There was nothing to not like.

I will definitely stay here again when I go to Prescott.

The location was beautiful, with great accommodations.
Te map to the hotel was difficult to follow.

Overall, the stay was comfortable, clean and in a beautiful wooded area. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent in a solarium with plenty of room.
Nothing.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We couldn't use the outdoor pool because it was too early in the season, but it would be great for kids.

Free breakfast was not so great.

Great for the money and I will not hesitate to return here. If you aren't into all the frills of the more expensive hotels this is great. The location and surrounding view is beautiful.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and very accommodating.
The hot water in the shower seemed to be affected by other rooms.

The staff at the front desk was far more helpful than the staff at the other motel/hotels that I spoke with in the area. They even helped me to check in early without any hassles because of my situation for that day. The room was very clean and the furniture seemed to be updated quite recently. They had good coffee at the free breakfast, which was otherwise slightly above average. The only downside that I noticed was that the water pressure and temperature for my shower did fluctuate noticeably a couple of times. It wasn't too bad though, as it went from nice and hot and powerful to lukewarm and kind of
weak (it never got cold or too hot). The staff is the main upside to this place and I would certainly stay there again. read more

The location was not too far from down town, thats all
I like about it.
It was dull, too dark, stall odor, need updating, reminds me of a motel 6, run down somewhat. was not fresh smelling.

The manager was very friendly.
