Location, amenities outside of the room.
The room especially the bathroom no microwave or fridge.

The front desk clerk was rude once he found out what we paid. Then he went on to tell us that we didn't have an option on the bed and if we wanted a king we had to pay an extra a night. My husband is 6'. The room and bathroom were run down, the toilet and tub needed to be replaced. I'm glad we only paid less for it because it was definitely not worth the price.

Lobby, pool area are beautiful.
Hotel charged us additional 10. + tax to have a king size bed.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Back to charging us 10.00 extra plus tax for King Bed. This was quite unsettling to me since it would involve more work for hotel to change two beds versus one, yet the additional charge.
