This "upscale family-vacation" "mega-resort" provides relaxation with its "secluded, grassy" grounds and "lush landscaping", yet is also "close to shopping, restaurants and all the action" of Scottsdale; there's a water park and "fabulous swimming pools" for the kids, and an "unbelievable spa" and a "bar with live entertainment" for adults, though some sniff at the "generic" rooms and public areas that "need updating."

The space is well defined and the signage makes it easy to move around.
There is no internet access unless you pay a $5 charge for a few hours access.

The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful golf course and lives up to it's resort status. The golf course is not priced to play however. The cost of playing should be adjusted to reflect that you are a hotel guest.

Nothing it was great.

The room was great. The grounds beautiful, 10 pools one with slide. Truly great.

The grounds and the pool were absolutely beautiful.
The room was a bit small.

The resort was beautiful. The service was great. The room was great. We especially enjoyed the large patio. We had in-room breakfast served on the patio, very nice. The pool was amazing. Overall this was a fabulous trip.

No exhaust fan, heating/cooling vent in bathroom.

Good experience, except for a coffee booth set up in lobby for a special group with no sign age designating such. When I tried to get a cup of coffee, the attendant was very rude and then tried to offer me a glass of hot water! Such a booth should have been set up somewhere to the side or at least had some restrictive sign age.
