Staff was very friendly! Free Internet was helpful. Breakfast was great!
Pool was a little small but clean.

Location near the Arizona Mills Mall, and it had a pool for the kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the breakfast, especially the make-your-own waffles. I used the free in-room Internet which was very helpful. It would have been nice to have a bigger pool, but it was clean and my kids had fun. The weather was beautiful for February.

Pool was small.

For what we wanted the hotel for it was fine. If you are looking for something a bit nicer and more romantic, this is not the hotel for you. It is very basic and the pool is very small. I did like the lobby, it was nice and big and nicely decorated.

Close to mall, easy access to I-10, free hot breakfast & USA Today & wireless internet.
Bath tub had black stuff in the bottom that kept showing up after showers. Not sure where it came from.

We stayed during the PF Chang Marathon in January. It was easy to get where we wanted to go, but we had to drive pretty much everywhere. The free breakfast, USA Today and wireless internet were nice and our room was very comfortable.

Nice, clean rooms with lots of little extras in the rooms--internet, fridge, movies etc.
Can't think of anything.

The hotel appeared to be very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The in-room extras like the fridge, internet, movies, hob etc. Was a very nice convenience to have? The maid did a nice job of keeping things very clean. Also, it was really refreshing that the maid didn't throw out partially used items like shampoo, soap etc. That always bothers me when maids/hotels are wasteful. read more

The continental breakfast was fresh at 7:00 am.
The rooms were too small and not very bright.

For the price this hotel did not meet our expectations.
