Renovated in 2009. All suite property in quiet location close to I-10 and just minutes away from Phoenix Airport, Arizona State University, downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe Town Lake. Our hotel offers free wireless internet, deluxe continental breakfast, outdoor pool, meeting rooms and business center. All of our rooms include at home amenities, such as voicemail, microwave, fridge, hair dryer and iron. Some of our rooms have hard wired internet access. All Comfort Suites are smoke free. Hotel undergoing renovations through August 31 2009. read more

Newly remodeled, very comfortable, lots of room.

We have stayed here before, the rooms were newly remodeled and have lots of room, I know there in the middle of remodeling the entrance, but it wasn't an inconvenience to us. Not many restaurants close, but we found what we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Under construction - no hot breakfast.

Good hotel, clean spacious room for the business traveler. Great dining across the street at the Sheraton. Not a good place to stay if you want to walk around, with a rental or cab it would be a short drive to Phoenix or any other local attractions.

The construction of entrance to the lobby.

I enjoyed my stay here and will continue to stay at this fine and friendly hotel. Everything here was very nice and enjoyable to my stay at this fine hotel.

The hotel room was clean and the employees were very kind.
I liked this hotel. I have nothing bad to say.

This hotel was centrally located. It only took us about 10 minutes to our parking location on Rio Salada street.

Continental breakfast could have been more interesting.

Excellent value for price. Convenient to airport and major freeways. Easy arrival and departure. Make sure to get special arrangements in writing.

Hot breakfast and convenient location.
I could hear the people on the floor above me walking in and out of their room and closing doors. I could hear the 1-10 expressway outside of room.

It was comfortable and reasonably priced. The room was nice. It was a double queen bed which had a partition between the sleeping area and a small siting/desk area, in order to make if feel somewhat like a suite.
