Aside from very comfortable beds, great rooms etc the staff was so pleasant and very helpful.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was great and the hotel location was perfect for us.

Loved this hotel. Very attractive and comfortable.

This is a very nice place to stay. Nice and new and conveniently located to ASU and airport. Spacious room with corner couch is great for relaxing and watching the large screen TV. Would easily sleep 4 people. You get Hyatt quality bedding, linens and decor for a low price.

I loved the way I was greeted. The room was spacious.
The staff were flexible.
The airplanes coming in to land. Everything else was splendid.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, co-workers, family, & extended relatives. The environment was very inviting & friendly.

It was off the freeway.
The pool wasn't heated and I had to bring the towels from the front desk.

Price for this hotel should have been in the 50-60 dollar a night rate, pool should have been heated and more parking was needed.
