Overall clean and well maintained, nice breakfast, pleasant staff.
Although the staff were overall pleasant, some were not too competent with the phone service, and at times it was difficult to find anyone at the desk
This hotel has an excellent location and is clean and well maintained. The decor is nice, the breakfast is good, and the staff are pleasant. Linens and beds are comfortable. My only complaint is that the staff may be difficult to find at the desk, and that is most inconvenient. In general I was most pleased with this hotel and would be happy to stay there again, especially because of the location. read more

Clean and well maintained. Reasonably priced. Great location.
Inadequate parking; outside noises (voices) seemed to pass thru front wall too easily

Great location, close to a mall and good family restaurant on premises. Friendly staff and very clean.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating upon my arrival. The room was like a small apartment with a separate beautiful bedroom and a full function kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. There was a lounge area in the room with full size sofa and desk and TV separate area from bedroom. Loved the quietness and the breakfast was restaurant quality with scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, waffles and many other choices. The room was clean and the pool area was inviting. The vending machines only had sodas and other beverages and when I selected one it gave me a different flavor than what I selected and it was a ridiculous $1.50 to get the wrong soda. The only thing I did not like was that on my 2nd day there I wanted to sleep in so I out the privacy sign on my door and in the afternoon my guests came by so around 5 I called the front desk to ask for late house keeping and I was told the housekeeping was gone for the day so I never had my room cleaned that last day I was there which is one of the things I look forward to when I stay in a hotel is coming back to my room and the beds are made and there are fresh towels and in this place they normally brought a complimentary bottle of water as well but on this day none of that was done and when I asked for the bottle of water they said they lock up the water in the housekeeping room so they couldn't even give me that. They did bring me 2 towels and put them on the coffee table in the lounge in my room. Not really what I wanted at all. read more
