The bed, couldn't sleep on it until I bought a topper.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They responded to my complaint and changed mattresses, but this did not help. Everything was clean. A/C unit was noisy.

The beds were very comfortable The DVD player was great for entertainment.
There seemed to be a slight odor of cigarette smoke in the room.

This was our 2nd stay at this Best Western and we returned again for several reasons. We really liked the comfortable queen beds and the DVD player for late night movie watching. The large shower had a wall mounted dispenser with bath gel, shampoo & conditioner. The refrigerator was excellent for keeping drinks ice cold. The ice machine was out of order. Each morning we were given complimentary breakfast tickets for the adjacent restaurant. The food was OK but the portions were rather small. We asked for a later checkout time and it was approved. Overall the room was clean, everything worked well and the staff were very courteous and helpful. read more

Excellent value, great to have a decent restaurant on the grounds and the room was clean, quiet and large. Staff was very helpful.
