It was on our route.
It was dirty and service was terrible.
Everything in the motel was broken: toilet, shower valve, hair dryer, old and dirty. There were no outlets in the vanity area and only one on the wall for the TV and lamps, so you could not plug in a laptop. Then the only plug that could be used turned off when you turned the lights off, so the laptop battery ran down. The lady at the desk was nice, but actually did not do anything. The cleaning lady took our wash clothes and bathroom mat and did not leave new ones or any replacement soap or shampoo. read more

Close to University Medical Center.
Noisy and filthy, could not check-in; take us almost an hour to check in.
Was in Arizona for emergency would never recommend this place to anyone, shower was so filthy could not use.

I pluged in a lamp, it sparked and we had no lights for 15 minutes or so and I worried about a fire all night.
It was too noisy and the door did not lock properly. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Downtown location is good.
Hotel needs serious overhaul.
This hotel has great potential. However it looks run down, shower did not drain properly. Bed were lumpy (could feel the springs). Had a low budget cable system, missing several major channels. No coffee pot in room. The continental breakfast was dreadful. Would only stay here again as a last resort.

Experience was great. Calm, expectations were meeting, front desk was informative.
Traffic being close by. Doors will need to sound proof.
Provided us a means to relax and sleep in comfort similar to our home.

Easy access to freeway.
No TV remote even after asking for one and curtains falling off the rods.
This hotel was just a place to sleep for the night. It did not have anything that made me want to stay in it again. I thought it was overpriced for the service and comfort it provided. I was surprised to see a continental breakfast was included. However, this breakfast was disappointing. I will think twice before I book with this hotel again.

Everything was old and outdated.
This hotel is in need of a lot of TLC. It is old and outdated and not in the most convenient location.

The room was clean and that is it!
The hookers (knocking on doors at one in the morning) are bad in this neighborhood, the pool was dirty and the breakfast didn't have sugar for coffee.
Stay at this place if you are looking for a clean pillow and that is it!

Nothing.
Everything, I will never stay at that hotel again!
When I reserved the room with the understanding that we could have my small dog with us, they said no, then they agreed for a 20 dollar charge. Then there was only two clean towels in the room and I booked for two adults and one child, thank god my mom gave us towels just in case because she has had that problem before, the vending machine took my money, I had my antenna stole off of my truck, because it was not there the next morning. read more

Willing to let me pick a suitable room.
Shoddy workmanship.
Couldn't turn the hot water faucet over tub in room 1. Sink stopped up in room 2. Loose particles on the carpet in room 3 (which I did stay in) from work that had been done. Wand to open/close curtain missing on one half of curtain. Couldn't get clear picture on TV. I was able to finish my business in 2 days so I did not stay for the 4th night. Would appreciate a refund of that night's payment! read more
